Location rules

• Strictly prohibited contents: disclosing state secrets, opposing the State, distorting history, violating sovereignty, undermining national unity, insulting historical figures and national heroes. (Article 9, Cinema Law)
• Foreign film crews are required to use film production services provided by a Vietnamese cinematic establishment.
• A filming permit from local authorities is mandatory; coordinates and the setup scale of the basecamp must be clearly registered as the location is in a high-altitude area far from residential zones.
• The grassland space carries a risk of widespread fire; spontaneous fires and cigarette butts are strictly prohibited, and professional fire prevention and fighting personnel must supervise if the project uses pyrotechnic or fire-smoke effects.
• Motorized vehicles and technical equipment may only be mobilized on designated trails and open grounds; absolutely no plowing of the ground, no cutting down of myrtle flowers, and a commitment to collect 100% of waste.
