About this location
Ra Manh Village & Dak Drinh Lodge – Highland Cultural and Ecological Space Ra Manh Village and the Dak Drinh Lodge accommodation area are located in Son Tay District, Quang Ngai Province, closely associated with the majestic landscape of the Dak Drinh hydropower reservoir. This shooting location complex is a unique intersection of the indigenous cultural space of ethnic minority communities and a pristine ecosystem of water surfaces and primitive mountains. Visually, the Dak Drinh lake area with dead trees standing silently out of the water creates a haunting visual effect, ideal for aerial wide shots depicting isolation and wildness. Meanwhile, the stilt house architecture in Ra Manh Village and the steep hill terrain provide authentic material for close-up or tracking shots, allowing directors to explore the depth of highland living spaces and rugged forest-trekking scenes. Thanks to its diverse terrain combining mountains, water surfaces, and villages, this location is exceptionally well-suited for survival feature films, exploratory documentaries, and reality television shows.
