Location rules

• Strictly prohibited content: disclosing state secrets, disseminating anti-state propaganda, distorting history, infringing upon sovereignty, undermining national solidarity, or insulting historical figures and national heroes. (Article 9, Cinema Law)
• Foreign film crews are strictly required to use film production services provided by Vietnamese cinematic establishments.
• A filming permit from local authorities and the Management Board of the Sa Huynh Culture Special National Monument is mandatory; strict adherence to regulations on the conservation of the archaeological core zone is required.
• Strictly prohibit littering, discharging toxic chemicals, or allowing fuel/oil leaks from watercraft into the freshwater lagoon basin to protect the aquatic ecosystem.
• 100% of personnel must wear life jackets when working on the lagoon surface; equipment weight on boats must be strictly controlled, and safe mooring plans must be in place during bad weather.
• Absolute prohibition against mooring boats or stringing equipment lines that obstruct waterways and navigation channels, and no disruption or disturbance to the daily fishing activities of local fishermen.
