Applicable to all filmmakers, production houses, and vendors on PAI Vietnam
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing any feature on the PAI Vietnam platform (including location scouting, permit guides, financial support queries, AI chat, and coordination requests), you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Intellectual Property & Location Data
- All location datasets, images, PAI Score metrics, and guidelines are proprietary to VFDA and collaborating provincial authorities.
- Users may scout, print, or download PDF location packs for genuine production prep; unauthorized scraping, resale, or commercial database duplication is strictly prohibited.
3. Film Crew Responsibilities
Film crews must strictly adhere to Vietnamese laws and safety regulations during all filming phases:
- Commence filming only after securing official written permits from competent cultural authorities.
- Comply rigorously with fire prevention (PCCC) standards and drone/aerial filming flight approvals.
- Respect cultural heritage, local traditions, and spiritual codes at sacred monuments and historical sites.
- Restore location grounds to their original condition upon concluding production shoots.
4. Limitation of Liability
PAI Vietnam operates as a facilitation and production support portal. Final statutory permit approvals, visa issuances, and custom clearances rest exclusively with competent Vietnamese state authorities.
