• Account & Profile Data: Name, email address, phone number, company profile, and business licenses for production vendors.
• Production & Permit Data: Project synopses, shooting schedules, equipment lists, and prospective locations submitted for administrative coordination.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, page interactions, and analytics to optimize platform experience.

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is used strictly for legitimate film production facilitation:

• Facilitating film crew connections with provincial authorities and local service providers.
• Verifying vendor credentials and location filming readiness.
• Delivering advisory services via PAI AI Assistant and human coordinators.
• Ensuring location security and regulatory compliance under Vietnamese law.

4. Data Security & Retention

The platform employs SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access controls, and periodic backups. Chat interactions with AI and coordinators are securely stored, purgeable on request, or permanently deleted after 30 days in trash.
