Tenants are required to pay additional cleaning fees (6,000,000 VND) and disinfection fees (6,000,000 VND). Setup Policy: Setup outside of designated hours (07:00 - 18:00) is charged at 50% of the official daily rental rate (no air conditioning). Setup on the night before the event is charged at 1/3 of the rental value (no air conditioning, only permitted after the previous event has concluded and been cleared).

Location rules

Permits: Film crews must submit an official request to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports and the Ho Chi Minh City Performing Arts and Cinematography Center (Saigon Concert) before using the Ho Chi Minh City Opera House as a filming location.

Conservation: Do not alter or damage the architecture, artifacts, or original elements of the monument. Do not drill, nail, glue, hang equipment, or construct sets that impact the structure without authorization. All intervention plans must be approved by the management unit.

Scheduling: Filming schedules must be coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Performing Arts and Cinematography Center and must not interfere with the theater's performance schedule, events, or operational activities.

On-site activities: Do not obstruct performances, events, or guests. The use of the auditorium, stage, lobby, and public areas must be agreed upon in advance with the management unit.
