Spanning approximately 499.07 hectares, the location is developed under a hybrid urban model integrating green spaces, water bodies, and residential constructions. The system of lakes, parks, walking paths, and green patches creates multi-layered spaces, providing depth for framing. Sub-divisions such as Palm Forest (Rung Co), Pine Garden (Vuon Tung), Apricot Garden (Vuon Mai), and Bamboo Street (Pho Truc) offer diverse architectural nuances, ranging from modern apartments and low-rise villas to European-style commercial townhouses.
