This is an entertainment, culinary, and nightlife arts complex developed with inspiration from the bustling trading port image of Ha Long, combining shopping spaces, dining, and modern performance activities. The VUI-Fest space is organized along coastal streets with a system of kiosks, shops, food courts, stages, and performance spots. The architecture and layout feature a contemporary trading port aesthetic, combining signage, lighting, music, and street activities to create a vibrant atmosphere, especially in the evening. The Lighthouse area is a highlight for light shows, 3D mapping, and the "Prosperous Trading Port" art show. From VUI-Fest, production crews can capture angles of the trading port streets, food kiosks, commercial activities, stages, the Lighthouse, coastal spaces, and the flow of people at night.
