DONG THAP PROVINCIAL LIBRARY - A SPACE FOR KNOWLEDGE AND READING CULTURE Dong Thap Provincial Library is a public cultural institution serving the public's needs for reading, research, study, and information access. According to the new administrative boundaries, the library has a facility at No. 05 Pham Huu Lau Street, Cao Lanh Ward, and a facility at No. 01 Tet Mau Than Street, Dao Thanh Ward, Dong Thap Province. This is a space for preserving, exploiting, and disseminating knowledge, contributing to the local cultural and educational life. Established on September 29, 1976, Dong Thap Provincial Library has undergone a process of formation and development linked to changes in the organization and operational locations of the local cultural institution system. The library building at No. 05 Pham Huu Lau Street began construction in 2010 and was put into use in early 2015. With its community service function, the library space features the characteristics of a learning, research, and intellectual living environment, providing favorable conditions for wide, medium, and close-up shots in an interior setting. As a cultural and educational institution, Dong Thap Provincial Library is suitable as a backdrop for documentaries and reports on reading culture, education, and social life; as well as television dramas and short films dealing with study, research, community activities, and intellectual life. Location rules
