Film crews must submit an official request detailing the scale of the production, filming schedule, and may be required to provide a script or content summary for management approval: - For international film crews: Applications must be submitted to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to obtain a permit for providing film production services in Vietnam. The processing time is 20 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid application. - For domestic film crews: No permit from state cinema management authorities is required, but permission must be obtained directly from the site management unit.
