About this location

Sun World Ha Long - Diverse cinematic backdrops by the Heritage Bay. Sun World Ha Long is a large-scale entertainment complex located on Ha Long Road, Bai Chay Ward, Quang Ninh Province. The spatial setting is organized into two main zones directly connected across the Cua Luc Bay, including the Bai Chay coastal amusement area and the Ba Deo hilltop entertainment complex, linked by the Guinness World Record-holding Queen Cable Car. In terms of cinematic and technical filming value, the complex offers a rich ecosystem of backdrops, ranging from traditional East Asian architectural spaces to modern entertainment industrial zones with international urban aesthetics. The prime seaside location allows film crews to easily capture expansive panoramic shots with brilliant natural sunlight, aerial angles encompassing the entire coastline, and continuous moving shots enabled by the cable car cabins and the Sun Wheel. Based on these practical spatial characteristics, this location is well-suited for modern commercial feature films, romantic urban melodramas, or reality television shows and music videos that require a combination of youthful urban pacing and majestic natural scenery.
