Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts - Architectural heritage within an artistic space The Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts is located at 97 Pho Duc Chinh, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The museum currently preserves over 22,000 artifacts, including collections of ancient, pre-modern, and modern fine arts. The museum space consists of structures built in the French architectural style of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, incorporating Oriental elements in the decoration, roof tiles, columns, and ceramic details. The building was originally the villa of businessman Hua Bon Hoa, featuring a fusion of Asian and European architectural styles. Regarding filmmaking, the combination of historical architectural facades, corridors, exhibition spaces, and courtyards creates multi-layered visuals suitable for historical films, cultural films, art films, social-psychological dramas, and documentaries, especially for stories requiring historical urban settings and artistic life.
