HOANG QUOC VIET STREET – URBAN AVENUE ALONG HA LONG BAY Hoang Quoc Viet Street is located in the former Bai Chay area of Ha Long City, now situated in Bai Chay Ward, Quang Ninh Province. This is an important urban transport route connecting the Don Dien area with major traffic axes leading to Bai Chay and National Highway 18. The street features a modern avenue appearance, closely associated with the urban and service development along the Ha Long Bay area. Developed since the early 1990s, Hoang Quoc Viet is one of the roads that contributed to changing the urban landscape of Ha Long. Its dual-carriageway space, multi-lane layout, and median strip create a wide, deep perspective, suitable for wide shots, motion tracking, and recording moving traffic. With its urban avenue characteristics, this location is ideal as a backdrop for social dramas, modern romance films, action films, and documentaries about urban development.
