About this location

Ghenh Temple – A historical relic backdrop associated with Queen Mother Y Lan Ghenh Temple, also known as Ba Tam Temple, located in Ngoc Quynh village, Nhu Quynh town, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province, is a national historical relic dedicated to Linh Nhan Imperial Mother Y Lan, wife of King Ly Thanh Tong and mother of King Ly Nhan Tong. Situated in the homeland of Queen Mother Y Lan, the site preserves numerous historical and cultural imprints of the Ly dynasty. The ancient wooden architectural system featuring the Ceremonial Hall, Inner Sanctum, and Three-Entrance Gate (Tam Quan), surrounded by a spacious courtyard and lush greenery, creates an ideal setting for scenes recreating ancient spiritual spaces, Ly dynasty court life, traditional customs, and nostalgic storytelling. The harmonious blend of traditional materials and natural lighting offers multi-layered depth, contributing to culturally rich and cinematic visuals. The architecture and landscape of Ghenh Temple are well-suited for historical films, cultural films, television series, documentaries, commercials, music videos, and art programs. The unified organization of the backdrop, coupled with its long-standing heritage value, meets diverse staging requirements while authentically recreating ancient Vietnamese spaces and enhancing the visual appeal of cinematic works.
