Applicable conditions
Film crews must submit an official request detailing the scale of the production and the filming schedule. A script or content summary may be required for review and approval by the management unit: - For international film crews: Applications must be submitted to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to obtain a permit for providing filming services in Vietnam. The processing time is 20 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid application. - For domestic film crews: No permit from state cinema management agencies is required, but permission must be obtained directly from the local management unit of the location.

Props, equipment, and production vehicles must be arranged to ensure safety and must not obstruct activities at the tourist site.
Upon completion of filming, the crew must restore the site to its original condition and collect all props, materials, and waste generated.
