Ninh Kieu Wharf

Ninh Kieu Wharf – Can Tho's Riverside Urban Setting Ninh Kieu Wharf, now known as Ninh Kieu Park, is located in Ninh Kieu Ward, Can Tho City, along the banks of the Hau River at the confluence of the Hau and Can Tho rivers. Established in the 19th century, this landmark is deeply intertwined with the formation and development of Can Tho and is officially recognized by local authorities as a symbol of the city. The location features a riverside park, Hai Ba Trung Street, waterfront areas, piers, and surrounding urban infrastructure and activities. The statue of President Ho Chi Minh is a prominent landmark within the park. Ninh Kieu Wharf also offers visual connectivity to the pedestrian bridge and other riverside urban structures. For film production, the combination of modern urban elements, public spaces, and riverine landscapes provides an ideal backdrop for urban dramas, romances, documentaries, and works reflecting contemporary life in the Mekong Delta. Scenes requiring crowd control, traffic management, and public activity coordination should be surveyed, permitted, and planned according to specific production requirements.
