A script or content summary may be required for approval by the management unit: - For international film crews: A dossier must be submitted to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to obtain a permit for providing film production services in Vietnam. The processing time is 20 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid application. - For domestic film crews: No permit from the state cinema management agency is required, but permission must be obtained directly from the location's management unit.
