Spider-Man: Brand New Day surpasses the combined box office revenue of the 3 most recent MCU films.
Specifically, Captain America: Brave New World grossed $415.1 million, Thunderbolts reached $382.4 million, and The Fantastic Four: First Steps brought in $521.8 million. In total, the three films earned approximately $1.319 billion, which is over $400 million less than the current performance of Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
It is worth noting that this gap was created in a relatively short period. Previously, Spider-Man: Brand New Day hit the $1 billion global mark just 6 days after release, becoming one of the fastest films in history to reach this milestone. By the 10th day, the film's revenue had climbed to approximately $1.67 billion, officially surpassing the combined total of the three aforementioned Marvel films.
With revenue already exceeding $1.722 billion and continuing to rise, Spider-Man: Brand New Day still has many opportunities to improve its performance before the end of its theatrical run.
