This initiative stems from a desire to help spread the message of raising awareness against human trafficking and online fraud schemes, which have recently garnered significant public attention. Previously, on its official fanpage, the Government Information portal also urged "citizens to go watch the film Human Trafficking Camp immediately."

As of the morning of October 2, after more than a week, the film "Human Trafficking Camp" has surpassed the 190 billion VND mark and is on track to reach the 200 billion VND milestone in the coming days. With this achievement, director Tony Duong Bao Anh also becomes a first-time feature film director to have a "100-billion-VND film."

If it hits the 200 billion VND mark, he will also become the fourth person in history to have a debut feature film exceed 200 billion VND, following Tran Thanh (Dad, I'm Sorry), Thu Trang (Billion-Dollar Kiss), and Duong Minh Chien (Hunting for Ambergris). "Human Trafficking Camp" is also one of the highest-grossing non-holiday films in the history of the Vietnamese box office.

On September 27, the film "raked in" 26 billion VND. For comparison, "Dad, I'm Sorry" reached 31.9 billion VND on March 14, 2021. If it surpasses 252 billion VND, "Human Trafficking Camp" will set the record for the highest-grossing action film of all time.

This October, five other Vietnamese films are scheduled for release: "The Near-Perfect Murder," "The Bogeyman," "Sister Sister 3," "Love Story of Khau Vai," and "Karaoke Murder." Among them, "Karaoke Murder" suddenly pushed its release date to October 30 instead of the originally planned October 2, leading many audience members to speculate that it is intentionally "avoiding" the "Human Trafficking Camp" craze.

With "Ut Lan 2" and "Rising Up" cooling down, combined with the schedule change for "Karaoke Murder," "Human Trafficking Camp" currently holds a "dominant" position in the box office race. Many predictions suggest that the success of "Human Trafficking Camp" will not stop here.
