About this location

Long Thien Pagoda, Dong Nai Located on the bank of the Dong Nai River (Buu Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province), Long Thien Pagoda is one of the oldest ancient temples in Southern Vietnam. It is closely associated with the southward reclamation process and the history of Buddhism in Dang Trong region dating back to the 18th century. The site has been classified as a National Historical and Cultural Relic. The location features a spacious campus shaded by ancient trees, housing a distinct traditional architectural complex including the main sanctuary, ancestral hall, corridors, and a system of ancient wooden sculptures and statues. The cinematic value of Long Thien Pagoda lies in its tranquil, deeply nostalgic, solemn atmosphere imbued with spiritual depth. Camera angles can fully capture natural light filtering through expansive courtyards, moss-covered tiled roofs, and picturesque riverside scenery. Ideal for historical films, period dramas, semi-historical epics, cultural-historical documentaries, or cinematic projects requiring large-scale, solemn, traditional Buddhist architectural spaces.
