Long An International Port – A Modern Seaport Space Long An International Port features a large-scale system of wharves, cranes, containers, and logistics facilities, making it an ideal setting for modern industrial scenes. Long An International Port is one of the major seaport-logistics complexes in the Southern region, located in Tan Tap Commune, Tay Ninh Province. Situated on the Soai Rap River, approximately 10 nautical miles from the sea, it serves as a vital cargo link between Ho Chi Minh City, the Southeast region, and the Mekong Delta. According to official port data, the entire facility covers a planned area of 147 hectares, including 7 wharves with a total length of approximately 1,670 meters, capable of accommodating vessels up to 70,000 DWT or larger, depending on channel conditions. From a Film Commission perspective, this location is distinct from the historical sites, pagodas, and natural landscapes typically found in Tay Ninh. The system of wharves, containers, STS/RTG cranes, warehouses, cargo ships, and the riverfront creates a large-scale industrial-maritime backdrop, suitable for projects requiring visuals of logistics, international trade, or modern urban-industrial settings.
