The location blends rustic rural charm with tile-roofed wooden villas, lotus ponds, bamboo bridges, and dome houses on the hills. The lush space and abundant, open natural light make it easy to set up wide panoramic shots as well as quiet indoor and outdoor scenes. Location rules

• - Strictly prohibited contents: disclosing state secrets, propagating against the State, distorting history, infringing upon sovereignty, undermining national solidarity, and insulting national celebrities and heroes. (Article 9, Cinema Law)
• - For foreign film crews, it is mandatory to use film production services provided by Vietnamese film establishments.
• - Permits & Approvals: Written consent from the Resort Management Board is required; advance registration of personnel lists, vehicles, and detailed shooting schedules.
• - Ecosystem & Forest Protection: Absolutely no tree cutting, littering, fire-making, or damaging the natural landscape along the Da Huoai River and the area bordering Cat Tien National Park.
• - Respecting the Resort Space: Do not disturb the privacy of staying guests; control noise and high-capacity lighting (especially after 22:00).
• - Facility Protection: Keep the wooden villas, dome houses, and indoor amenities in their original condition; drilling, hammering, or applying adhesives that damage the architecture is strictly prohibited.
