Cu Lao May Rice Paper Craft Village - A traditional craft space in the Mekong Delta. Located in Luc Si Thanh Commune, Vinh Long Province, the Cu Lao May Rice Paper Craft Village has a history spanning over 100 years and has been recognized as a traditional craft village since 2009. The production process remains artisanal, involving grinding rice, steaming the batter, and sun-drying the rice paper. Visually, the village is striking with its traditional stoves, skilled artisans, and racks of rice paper drying along the courtyards and village paths. It offers excellent opportunities for wide shots of the production space, medium shots of the workers, and close-ups of the steaming, drying, and raw material preparation processes. Suitable as a backdrop for cultural films, documentaries, travelogues, and works exploring traditional crafts, labor life, culinary culture, and the riverine countryside atmosphere of Southern Vietnam.
