Aqua City Urban Area - Riverside Urban Filming Location Aqua City Urban Area is an eco-urban development project developed by Novaland Group, located in the Long Hung area, Dong Nai Province. Spanning nearly 1,000 hectares, the project is planned with low-rise residential units, villas, shophouses, alongside a system of service facilities and urban infrastructure. The project's space is closely tied to the natural river landscape of the region. In terms of architectural and visual value, Aqua City features the characteristics of a modern urban area with internal roads, residential structures, green spaces, and riverside scenery. Location rules

• International film crews are required to use film production services provided by a Vietnamese cinematic establishment.
• Comply with regulations in each sub-zone: Do not arbitrarily film inside residential houses, villas, commercial buildings, utility areas, or under-construction zones without approval from the management unit.
• Ensure traffic safety: Do not place filming equipment or vehicles in a way that obstructs internal roads; do not arbitrarily organize scenes with high-speed vehicles or traffic staging.
• Protect landscape and property: Do not affect trees, lawns, architectural structures, lighting systems, and landscape items within the urban area.
• Ensure privacy: Do not arbitrarily film residents, visitors, license plates, or private living spaces without appropriate consent.
• Control recording equipment: The use of flycams, high-power lighting equipment, generators, and specialized vehicles must be registered and approved in accordance with current regulations.
