About this location
Kim Lien Relic Site - Sen Village Kim Lien, the countryside associated with the childhood of President Ho Chi Minh, preserves the atmosphere of a North Central Vietnamese village with its thatched-roof houses, rows of trees, water wells, village paths, and traditional rural landscapes. Sen Village is where President Ho Chi Minh lived with his family from 1901 to 1906 and is one of the key monument clusters within the Kim Lien Historical Relic Site. The space is distinguished by the rustic nature of its traditional residential architecture and preserved rural scenery, combined with a system of monuments linked to the family, homeland, and early years of President Ho Chi Minh. These architectural and landscape elements create a space of significant documentary value, helping to authentically recreate Vietnamese rural life in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The authenticity of the landscape and its special historical value make Kim Lien a rich documentary backdrop for film projects needing to recreate Vietnamese villages and the family and social life of the North Central region in the past. The location is suitable for historical films, biopics, television series, documentaries, and political works, especially for projects requiring rural spaces with clearly established historical and cultural value.
