Van Trinh Cave

Van Trinh Cave, Ninh Binh – A Labyrinth of Stalactites Located within Mo Mountain in Ninh Binh Province, Van Trinh Cave is a large-scale dry cave covering nearly 3,500 m². The cave entrance is situated halfway up the mountain, while the interior is renowned for its system of stalactites featuring diverse shapes and colors. The cave ceiling reaches heights of over 100 meters at its highest point, creating a natural space of remarkable scale and depth. Regarding its value as a filming location, the high stone vaults, stalactite formations, cave walls, and multi-layered spaces offer unique framing opportunities distinct from outdoor landscapes. Inside, the cave features stalactite curtains, natural rock formations, and the 'Dragon Well' located deep within. The entrance halfway up the mountain allows for creative transitions between the rocky exterior, natural daylight, and the vast, dimly lit interior.
