Cam Son Pagoda, Ha Tinh - Cultural and Historical Location Cam Son Pagoda is located southwest of Nai Mountain, in Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province. The pagoda was originally built during the Later Le Dynasty, under the reign of King Le Than Tong (Thinh Duc era). The structure was completely destroyed in 1965 and has since undergone multiple restorations on its original foundation. In 2012, the Ancestor House (Nha To) was rebuilt, and in 2013, the new main hall was constructed following traditional Vietnamese Buddhist architectural styles. The pagoda's space is directly integrated with Nai Mountain (Cam Son), creating a landscape complex of mountains, greenery, and Buddhist architecture within the urban area of Ha Tinh. The pagoda currently serves as a venue for provincial-level Buddhist activities, including the 2026 Vesak Celebration. With historical layers spanning from the Later Le Dynasty through the wartime period to its modern restoration, and its existing Buddhist architectural space, Cam Son Pagoda is a suitable location for historical films, cultural-religious dramas, and works exploring Vietnamese spiritual life, subject to script content and site management requirements.
