A formal request letter must be sent to Dong Xuan Joint Stock Company (the market management unit), clearly stating the duration, number of personnel, and a detailed script. Film crews must submit a request letter providing details on the scale of the crew, filming schedule, and may be required to submit a script/content summary for the management's approval: - For international film crews: Documentation must be submitted to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to obtain a permit for providing film production services in Vietnam. The processing time is 20 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid application. - For domestic film crews: No permit from state cinema management agencies is required, but permission must be obtained directly from the specific site management unit.
