Binh Thanh Tower – A relic of the ancient Oc Eo culture Binh Thanh Tower is a national architectural and artistic monument, notable for its ancient brick architecture and the imprint of the Oc Eo culture in Tay Ninh. Binh Thanh Tower is one of the unique ancient architectural monuments of Tay Ninh and one of the few ancient tower structures that remains relatively intact in Southern Vietnam. The Tay Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism identifies that the tower was built on a high mound with a square layout, oriented toward the East, West, South, and North; the main facade faces East, overlooking a pond in front. Researchers have dated the structure to approximately the 7th–8th century AD. The tower is constructed primarily of fired bricks laid tightly together, featuring false doors and decorative patterns that are carved and embossed. The entire site originally consisted of three tower structures, but currently, only the main tower remains relatively intact, while the other two are mostly foundation remnants. The site was classified as a National Architectural and Artistic Monument in 1993 and has a protected area of 7,564 m². With its unique ancient architecture and surrounding rural landscape, this is a high-value location for projects requiring archaeological, ancient, or historical Southern Vietnamese settings.
