• Flycam/Drone: Located within a strict no-fly zone (near central government agencies).
• No stiletto heels and no dragging equipment to protect the antique tile flooring.
• Strictly prohibited content: disclosing state secrets, opposing the State, distorting history, infringing upon sovereignty, undermining national unity, or insulting prominent figures and national heroes (Article 9, Cinema Law).
• Foreign film crews are required to use film production services provided by a Vietnamese cinematic establishment.
