The museum space consists of structures built in the French architectural style of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, incorporating Oriental elements in the decoration, roof tiles, columns, and ceramic details. The building was originally the villa of businessman Hua Bon Hoa, featuring a fusion of Asian and European architectural styles. Regarding filmmaking, the combination of historical architectural facades, corridors, exhibition spaces, and courtyards creates multi-layered visuals suitable for historical films, cultural films, art films, social-psychological dramas, and documentaries, especially for stories requiring historical urban settings and artistic life.
