Bao Dai Villa - A historical space in the heart of Buon Ma Thuot Bao Dai Villa is located at 02 Y Ngong Street, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province. The structure was rebuilt in 1926 and formerly served as the French Resident's Office; from 1947 to 1953, Emperor Bao Dai used it as his residence and workplace. The site was designated as a National Historical Monument in 1999 and officially renamed the “Bao Dai Villa Historical Site” in 2023. The architecture blends Central Highlands traditional styles with modern elements, situated within grounds featuring numerous ancient trees. This space provides a suitable landscape for historical shots, interior architectural scenes, and exterior garden settings. The site is currently located within the Dak Lak Museum grounds and is directly managed by the museum. Given its established historical and architectural value, the location is well-suited for historical films, psychological-social dramas, and productions set in 20th-century Vietnam.
