Truc Lam Phu Yen Zen Monastery - A Buddhist sanctuary in the highlands Truc Lam Phu Yen Zen Monastery is located in Quang Duc village, Tuy An Nam commune, Dak Lak province, on a hill approximately 400 meters high, nestled amidst mountains and forests with views overlooking the Tuy Hoa area, Chop Chai mountain, and the sea. Belonging to the Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen tradition, the monastery was established to meet the spiritual practice and study needs of monks, nuns, and Buddhists. Its elevated location offers a distinct advantage for spatial depth and panoramic angles; the tile-roofed architecture, traditional three-entrance gate (tam quan), and Buddhist structures create strong foreground focal points, while the mountains, plains, and sea open up into a majestic background. This location is well-suited for documentaries, cultural and religious films, psychological dramas, television series, and productions exploring monastic life, nature, and spiritual realms.
