Notably, if the violator is an organization, the fine is doubled compared to that for an individual.

Film crews must comply with fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue (PCCC & CNCH) regulations, site-specific rules, and requirements from competent authorities. Depending on the location type, crew size, equipment, props, and the nature of the shoot, additional safety inspections or procedural requirements may be necessary.
