- A fine of 2 - 3 million VND for operating without registration, failing to obtain flight permits, or flying in unauthorized areas or outside permitted times. - A fine of 8 - 9 million VND for aerial filming or photography without proper authorization. - A fine of 20 - 30 million VND for organizing flight operations without approval from competent authorities. - A fine of 30 - 40 million VND for obstructing or compromising the safety of other aircraft. - In addition to monetary fines, the Decree stipulates supplementary penalties such as confiscation of equipment and suspension of flight permits for 3 - 6 months. Notably, if the violator is an organization, the fine is doubled compared to that for an individual.

Film crews must comply with fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue (PCCC & CNCH) regulations, site-specific rules, and requirements from competent authorities. Depending on the location type, crew size, equipment, props, and the nature of the shoot, additional safety inspections or procedural requirements may be necessary.
