Hai màn kết hợp vừa được công bố gây chú ý bởi sự giao thoa giữa những biểu tượng văn hóa đại chúng đến từ hai thế giới khác nhau
While One Piece is synonymous with high-seas adventures, Jurassic Park transports audiences into the world of prehistoric dinosaurs; Case Closed (Detective Conan) will team up with Back to the Future, the iconic film franchise featuring the DeLorean time machine.
This is part of the 25th-anniversary celebrations for Universal Studios Japan. Launched in Japan 25 years ago, Universal Studios Japan was the first Universal theme park built outside of the United States.
After years of development, the Osaka-based park has become one of Japan's major entertainment destinations, continuously expanding its brand portfolio to attract both local audiences and international tourists.
A unique feature of USJ is that, alongside international film brands owned by Universal, the park dedicates significant space to famous Japanese manga and anime characters and works. These new collaborations continue to demonstrate how USJ integrates Japanese pop culture with classic Hollywood film franchises.
In the first promotional image, Luffy appears in a setting heavily inspired by Jurassic Park, creating a combination that feels both familiar and novel.
This collaboration also aligns with the spirit of adventure that both brands share. While Luffy and his crew constantly explore new lands in their quest for the One Piece treasure, Jurassic Park builds its appeal through the confrontations between humans and dinosaurs.

Another equally attention-grabbing collaboration is Case Closed (Detective Conan) and Back to the Future. The promotional image shows Conan and Professor Agasa recreating the classic Back to the Future poster, giving the impression that the characters are embarking on an entirely new adventure.
Notably, this is not the first time Case Closed (Detective Conan) has appeared at USJ. The franchise has been featured multiple times in the park's experiential programs and special events, becoming one of the anime titles most beloved by both Japanese and international visitors.

According to the announcement, merchandise based on the two collaborations—One Piece x Jurassic Park and Case Closed (Detective Conan) x Back to the Future—will be sold at the Studio Style store, located in the Hollywood area of Universal Studios Japan, starting September 9.
These products are expected to become notable collectibles for fans of the aforementioned brands, especially as these designs were created exclusively for USJ's 25th-anniversary celebration.
