Sa Vi Border Information Cluster - The Symbol of the Northernmost Point The Sa Vi border information cluster is located in Trang Vi area, Mong Cai Ward 1, Quang Ninh Province, within the Sa Vi Cape area—the northeastern frontier of Vietnam. Completed in 2013, the site includes a plaza, the main structure, and service areas, forming a cultural architectural complex integrated with the coastal landscape and border environment. The highlight of the structure is a system of eight concrete pine leaves reaching toward the sky, combined with a decorative ceramic mural belt featuring images and motifs that represent traditional Vietnamese culture. Additionally, there is a relief sculpture of three casuarina trees and a landmark indicating the distance from Tra Co to Ca Mau Cape. The combination of symbolic architecture, the plaza, the casuarina trees, and the coastal space provides multiple layers of visuals for wide shots, architectural shots, character scenes, and sequences requiring elements of border, sea, islands, or the distinct identity of the Northeast region.
